—Constipation with hard, dry stools and bloating are classic signs of aggravated Vata, especially Apana Vata (the subtype governing elimination). Hardness around the upper navel may indicate: Vata obstruction in intestines Gas accumulation Sluggish colon movement -At age 57, the body naturally enters the Vata stage of life, so constipation is common if not managed. – and also Your higher body weight suggests a Kapha component: –So your constitution may be: Vata–Kapha Prakriti (or Kapha body type with Vata aggravation) –Prakriti = your natural constitution (since birth) Vikriti = current imbalance Right now, your Vikriti is clearly Vata aggravated —Rx- 1) Triphala Churna – 5 g at bedtime with warm water 2) Gandharvahastadi Kashayam – 10 ml + equal warm water, twice daily before food 3) Eranda Taila (Castor oil) – 1 tsp in warm milk once weekly at night (if no loose stools) —Advice - Warm, soft, cooked food - 1–2 tsp ghee daily - Soaked black raisins in morning - 20–30 min walking -Avoid dry, cold, bakery foods ------ Advice USG Abdomen —Review after 15 days with USG
