Problem is Vata + Pitta both increased That is why acidity, burning, and joint pain are there. Even after Virechana, heat not reducing means Pitta still high Avoid spicy, sour, fried food. Take cooling herbs like Guduchi, Amalaki, Shatavari For Matra Basti only by dr Use Ksheerabala Taila (best for Vata + Pitta) Use lukewarm oil, not very hot
