Managing Dizziness and Pain with Spondylosis - #50968

i have dizziness ,pain in shoulder bone , hands, neck and sometimes ears get foggy,also sometimes there is neusea. had x ray done and doctor said spondolysis is there. i do exercises for shouders not sure if exercise is wrong( have elevated bp also knee pain.)
