आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टि से यह मुख्यतः वात प्रकोप, मज्जा धातु क्षय तथा रजोगुण वृद्धि की अवस्था मानी जाती सुबह (खाली पेट) ब्राह्मी घृत – 1 छोटी चम्मच गुनगुने दूध के साथ दोपहर भोजन के बाद सरस्वतारिष्ट 15 ml + 15 ml पानी रात्रि अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 3–5 ग्राम गुनगुने दूध के साथ टैब्लेट: मनसमित्र वाटीकाम १-०-१ खाने के बाद शंखपुष्पी सिरप 2–3 चम्मच दिन में 2 बार शिरोधारा (7–14 दिन) शिरो अभ्यंग ब्राह्मी तेल से नस्य – अनु तेल या क्षीरबला तेल at panchkarma center
