I am 24 years female.I have vata dominant body. Since last 4 years,my vata dosha has got imbalanced and I have started suffering from so much health issues like food allergy, severe and cough,cold sensitivity, lower back disc degeneration,poor gut health, indigestion, hormonal imbalance, muscle weakness, anxiety,weight loss, excess dryness in skin and hair, popping sound in joints. I come to know about Baidyanath dhatupaushtik churna for overall health improvement as well as sapta dhatu nourishment. Should I start to consume this powder?

Madam, first thing Dhatupaushtik churuna is totally brihman in nature, 2nd thing ur digestive system is so good, In this stage if u load ur body with dhatupaushtik churuna then it will again worse ur condition So first u need to deepan pachana , srotoshodana after u can swith to brihman chikitsa So best advice is
