Firstly to improve your to improve your appetite and absorption start with 1. Kamaduga Rasa 1 Tid before food For 1 st 7 days When you feel you can have good amount of food and improved digestion. 1. Kushmanada avalehya 1tsf alone empty stomach early morning. 2. Bramhi drakshyadi Kashaya 3tsf BD after food. For 2 months
Avoid Too spicy, Sour and Astringent kind of food . Avoid stress, day time sleeping, late night awakening. Include - Yoga sessions in morning, pranayama, reading books, listening music.
