Hi !
I’ve read your concern carefully and suggesting you the best in my opinion. Since you have been juggling with this issue of Pittaj aggrevation for about 2 years, blindly suggesting you any of the medication won’t be the right decision. So please go for personal consultation once where the physician can guide you better about the causative factors (because there might be some other underlying issues also) as well as give you better guidance about the life style or dietary changes along with personalized medication or any other therapies that would be helpful like virechan karm etc.
At last suggesting you to include this in your daily regimen------
* Fennel seed powder - 1 tsp with normal water ; Empty stomach - Morning only. — Follow the same for about 20 days and avoid oily, spicy and junk food, too much salt consumption, more-over focus on fiber intake or include Guava, Pomegranate and oranges in your routine.
* NOTE - DON’T DRY ROAST OR HEAT THE FENNEL SEEDS BEFORE MAKING THE POWDER.
TAKE CARE 😊
