Managing Diabetes and Hypertension with Side Effects - #51338

Hello doctor, good afternoon. I'm nalini. I live in mauritius 🇲🇺 I'm diabetic patient, and after I have hypertension,I don't eat fatty food I like to eat vegetables but sometimes I like to eat twisties, lays in packet, in supermarket are not far to my home place, but doctor I don't eat sweet everyday , but sometimes I like to eat chocolate, but I'm diabete patient doctor and after I have go to do check up with a doctor and blood test, the test is not good , early in the morning without taking anything I have gone to do my blood test my diabete is 12 and hypertention is 15 and some problem in kidney doctor doctor have gave me medicine to take but I cannot take because I have side effects with medicine after taking pills my vision is different plz help me doctor 😊
