For acidity and stomach burning

TAKE 2 TAB. 2 TIMES A DAY AND I RECOMMEND SOME MANAGEMENT ●Aloe Vera Gel Aloe Vera Gel Mix 2 tablespoons of pure aloe vera gel with a pinch of baking soda. Effects It calms bile, soothes acidity, and provides quick relief from burning sensations. ●Instant Relief Drink 1 cup room temperature water • Lemon juice - 10 drops Organic sugar - 1/2 teaspoon • Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon Add baking soda last. Drink immediately after a strong foam forms. This mixture helps neutralize excess acidity. ●Pitta-Soothing Diet Simple, cool, and easily digestible foods; small amounts of ghee; rice, mung beans, gourd, and ridge gourd; spicy, fried foods, pickles; and excessive sour fruits; and fermented foods. ●Lifestyle Tips Eat meals with a calm mind. Avoid eating late at night. Reduce stress and anger. Get enough sleep, as acidity is not just a reaction to the stomach, but to lifestyle.
