Is it safe to take Sankha Bhasmam for a month? - #51349

I have been prescribed sankha bhasmam capsule 500mg by kottakkal ayurveda Sala, as four capsules in one day. Is it safe to take it for a month? Will it cause any problems like constipation or kidney stones issues if I take it for a month. I have not started to take it
