To manage Vata-Pitta-Kapha balance, follow a regular routine, eat light and warm foods, avoid fried and sugary items, and do daily exercise like walking or yoga for 30–40 minutes. This will help improve digestion and gradually reduce weight. –Diagnosis: Kapha Vriddhi with Medoroga (Weight gain) —Rx: Triphala Churna – 5 g with warm water at bedtime. Medohar Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after meals with lukewarm water. Trikatu Churna – 2 g before meals with honey, twice daily. —Pathya (Diet advice): Light diet, more vegetables, barley/millet, warm water. Avoid fried, sweets, bakery, cold drinks. Vihara (Lifestyle): Brisk walking / Yoga 30–40 min daily. Early dinner, regular sleep. —Follow-up: 15 days.
