74 years old, male, height 6'2", 165 pounds. After gall bladder removal thirty years prior, am experiencing anemia, hypo-thyroid symptoms (while taking 120mg Armour thyroid) very cold, muscle weakness, trouble walking, poor balance, dehydration . As soon as I drink-I pee.

Even though you take , the thyroid level may still need adjustment. —Ayurvedic Assessment: Vata-Kapha imbalance with Agnimandya, Dhatu-kshaya, and Mutravaha srotas disturbance. 1. Medicines Punarnava Mandur – 1 tablet twice daily after meals Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g with warm milk at night Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals Dashmoolarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after meals 2. Diet Advice (Pathya) Warm, easily digestible foods Soups, moong dal, cooked vegetables Cow ghee in small quantity Warm water instead of cold water 3. Avoid (Apathya) Cold foods and drinks Excess tea/coffee Dry and stale food 4. Lifestyle Gentle walking daily Light oil massage with sesame oil Keep body warm 5. Investigations Recommended CBC (for anemia) Thyroid profile Blood sugar Vitamin B12
