Should I take mahasankha vati if I have high bp and taking medicine and can it use for long term I am suffering from gas and acidity

●Yes you can use it for gas and indigestion but in small quantities because consuming it can cause high blood pressure. Instead you can use Avipattikar Churna and normact tablet for hypertension.

Triphala guggulu is not given in hypertension. Take the medicine I have given you, it will give you relief.
For hypertension I am taking starpress 3d and I am having gas and acidity for that I want to continue mahasankha vati and I asked you and you told me to take it and now I want to know can I have triphala guggulu along with this
Yes, i recommend for only your gas problem but you have hypertension thats why you avoideto taking,it is given only in gas and indigestion. Since you have hypertension so it is not given to hypertension patients because of its salt content. It would be better if you did not take it because of its bad side effects. Take the medicines I have given on time and you will get the desired results.Do not take any other medicine along with. Take starpress 3d as prescribed. I do it so that you understand.
