Can septilin tablet use by 12 years old boy during cold.The boy is suffering from fever cold, cough for one day .what will be the dose for the boy.please prescribe...., whether it will be taken after food or before food.How long does this tablet can be used ? Is there any side effects? Please guide me

●Tab.Septalin 1 Tab 2 times a day after food.
●Guduchi khwath 2 tsp + warm water 2 times a day after food
●Take it upto 4 5 monts then decrease dosage for 3 months.
