Can I Reduce My Ayurvedic Medication Dosage? - #52318

I am taking the drug twice a day and I woke up so light headed, I can't even keep awake. I have not stopped taking my cardigan H which I take once a day. Can I take Ayurvedic once a day instead of twice?
