Asthiposhak tablet ke saath koi bahut strict parhez nahi hai, lekin better results ke liye kuch baaton ka dhyan rakhna zaroori hai 😊 Zyada thandi cheezein (fridge ka paani, ice cream) avoid karein Bahut zyada khatta aur teekha khana kam karein Junk food, fried aur packaged food se bachke rahen Cold drinks aur excess chai/coffee kam karein Kya lena faydemand rahega - Doodh, ghee, til, badam – yeh bones ko nourish karte hain Garam paani peena Regular medicine ke saath yeh sab follow karengi toh result aur achha milega. Agar koi discomfort ho toh mujhe zaroor batayein.

Namaste, Asthiposhak tablets are usually used to support bone strength and nourishment. Best way to take: It is generally advised to take Asthiposhak tablets after food, not before meals. Taking it after meals helps in better absorption and reduces chances of gastric irritation. Taking it before food is not preferred, especially if your digestion is sensitive. Dose (general): 1 tablet, twice daily after meals (or as advised) ⸻ 🍽️ Diet & precautions (Parhez) • Avoid very cold, dry, and junk foods • Include calcium-rich and nourishing foods like sesame seeds (til), almonds, green vegetables • Maintain regular meal timings (since you take only 2 meals, ensure they are balanced and adequate) • Avoid excessive tea/coffee as it can affect bone health ⸻ ✔️ Additional advice • Try to maintain good digestion, as bone nourishment depends on proper absorption • Light sun exposure and gentle activity also help bone strength With proper routine and regular use, benefits can be seen gradually.
