Doctors' responses

Hi! I’m an assistant to the Ask Ayurveda doctors. I’ve carefully reviewed your question.

I will explain your symptoms through the Ayurvedic perspective so you understand what is happening in your body as a whole.

In Ayurveda, the symptoms you’re experiencing can be seen as a disturbance in the balance of the doshas, particularly Kapha and Vata. The presence of fluid in the heart and lungs suggests an accumulation of Kapha, which is characterized by heaviness and congestion. This can lead to reduced capacity and efficiency of these organs, affecting oxygen levels.

Vata imbalance may also contribute to irregularities in oxygen distribution and respiratory function. This can manifest as variability in oxygen levels and the need for external support.

The whole-body connection in Ayurveda suggests that these symptoms are not isolated; they reflect a systemic imbalance. Factors like digestion, stress, and lifestyle can influence your dosha balance and overall health.

To give doctors a precise and effective treatment plan, your answers to the questions below are essential. Without this information, the recommendations will be more general and less accurate.

Please answer each question as clearly as possible.

1. How long have you been experiencing low oxygen levels? (Please select one: Less than 1 week, 1-4 weeks, 1-6 months, More than 6 months) 2. Have you noticed any specific triggers for your symptoms, such as physical activity, stress, or weather changes? 3. What is your current diet like? (Please select one: Balanced and nutritious, Mostly healthy but occasional junk food, Unbalanced, high in processed foods, Not sure) 4. Are there any particular times of day when your symptoms worsen? 5. Have you experienced any changes in your digestion, such as bloating or irregular bowel movements? 6. How would you describe your current stress levels and sleep quality? 7. Have you tried any treatments or lifestyle changes that have helped or worsened your symptoms?

Please provide detailed responses so that the doctors can better understand your condition and offer tailored advice.

Bina oxygen support k level Kam ho jata hai sust ho gaye hai dinbhar bed me nind lete rahte bich bich me uthte fir so jate diet me khichdi hai taki motion easily ho sake sham se rat me cough hota par jitna khaste utna nahi nikal pa raha jor lagana padta hai

Condition is very serious Hospital treatment + oxygen is most important Continue doctor’s diuretic medicines Reduce salt and fluids Keep patient head elevated
