Hi! I’m an assistant to the Ask Ayurveda doctors. I’ve carefully reviewed your question.
I will explain your symptoms through the Ayurvedic perspective so you understand what is happening in your body as a whole.
Your symptoms of weakness and pain in the hands, along with the sensation of pinching or pricking, suggest an imbalance in the Vata dosha. Vata governs movement and activity in the body, and its imbalance can lead to dryness, irregularity, and pain, especially in the extremities.
The pain in your cheek and nose after eating eggs, along with the burning sensation, indicates a Pitta imbalance. Pitta is responsible for digestion and metabolism, and its aggravation can lead to heat-related symptoms, such as inflammation or allergic reactions.
Being underweight can also be linked to Vata imbalance, as Vata tends to create lightness and dryness in the body, affecting nourishment and strength.
Ayurveda views these symptoms as interconnected, not isolated. The systemic imbalance may be affecting your digestion, energy levels, and overall vitality. It’s crucial to address the root cause to restore balance.

Namaste Ashish, Aapke symptoms dekhkar lagta hai ki aapke sharir me long-standing vata imbalance ke saath nutritional deficiency aur possible immune sensitivity hai. Hand weakness, pain, chubhan, aur fingers me tingling ya pinch hone ke saath fatigue aur low weight indicate karta hai ki nerves aur muscles dono thoda kamzor hain, aur digestion bhi weak hai. Aapka egg khane ke baad cheek aur nose me reaction hua, iska matlab ho sakta hai ki kuch food sensitivity ya allergy bhi involved hai, isliye caution zaroori hai. Sabse pehle focus: digestion, nutrition, aur nerve-muscle support. Diet: Protein aur nutrient-rich foods lein: soaked almonds, milk, moong dal, paneer, ghee, green vegetables. Heavy, oily, fried, cold, aur processed foods avoid karein, kyunki yeh vata aur digestion ko disturb karte hain. Small frequent meals, properly chewed. Simple home remedies: Raat ko sone se pehle haath-pair ka halka tel se massage karein, preferably warm sesame oil ya Mahanarayana taila. Subah empty stomach warm water + 1 teaspoon ghee ya honey digestion aur energy support ke liye. Agar finger pain severe hai, halka warm compress 5–10 min haath par laga sakte hain. Lifestyle: Overuse of fingers jaise writing ya typing thoda limit karein, aur breaks lein. Stress kam rakhein, deep breathing aur light stretching helpful hain. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Ashwagandha Churna – 1 teaspoon raat ko warm milk ke saath, nerve and muscle strength support Bala Ashwagandhadi Taila – external massage daily, 10–15 minutes Chyawanprash – 1 teaspoon subah, immunity aur nutrition support Shatavari Churna – 1 teaspoon with warm water at night, if fatigue is significant Since aapko allergy reaction hua hai, avoid eggs and any suspected foods until proper testing is done. Improvement: Haath ke pain aur tingling me relief 2–3 weeks me mild feel hoga Muscle strength aur overall energy ko gradually 1–2 months me better support milega Important: Agar fingers me numbness, swelling, breathing difficulty, ya rash badh raha ho, turant medical evaluation zaroori hai. Consistency aur light, nourishing routine hi aapko sabse zyada support dega.
