What is happening in your case is that earlier there was ama + pitta imbalance, and now after medicines digestion has improved, but pitta is still slightly high and gut is not fully stabilized, so you are getting loose stools, dryness and mild redness. Moong dal causing dryness, body ache and frequent hunger means it is increasing vata, so stopping it was correct. Now focus on stabilizing digestion gently, not making it too strong. Reduce Chitrakadi vati for now, as it is heating and can increase redness and looseness. Continue Dadimashtaka, as it is helping. Take simple, slightly unctuous food. Add a little ghee in meals. Prefer rice, soft roti, well-cooked vegetables like lauki, tori, pumpkin. Avoid very spicy, sour, and fried food. Avoid curd for now, but you can take thin buttermilk in daytime with a pinch of roasted jeera. Drink enough water, but not very cold. For loose stools, do not take very heavy or raw food. Keep meals regular. For skin: Apply aloe vera gel or sandalwood paste once daily on cheeks. Avoid sun exposure and harsh products. Medicines: Dadimashtaka churna continue 3 grams twice daily after food Stop or reduce Chitrakadi vati to once daily or pause for few days Add Shatavari churna 3 grams twice daily with milk This will balance pitta, reduce dryness and help gut healing. This is a transition phase, your body is adjusting. With gentle care, stools will form and skin will settle.
