For Gout Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods. Use boiled water for drinking. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Instead of Medohar Guggulu you should take Kaishor guggulu 2-0-2 After meal Tab.guduchi 2-0-2 follow up after 2 weeks
