Can I get afeem medicine for insomnia and anxiety problems….i have tried lot of medicines but it doesn’t work for me….

●No, you cannot use Afeem to get sleep. I will give you some medicine, it will definitely cure your problem. ●Tranquillity Tea This simple Ayurvedic tea can be made to reduce stress. Ingredients: Jatamansi Brahmi Shankhapushpi: Mix all three in equal quantities. Method of Preparation How to Consume This Tea Add 1/2 teaspoon of this mixture to 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes, then strain. Drink about 1 hour before bedtime. This combination is believed to help calm the mind, improve sleep, and reduce stress. ●Diet-Based Remedy (Warm Milk) A cup of warm milk is considered extremely helpful in inducing sleep. You can make it more effective by adding: A pinch of nutmeg to the milk Or ground almonds + nutmeg + cardamom Or garlic milk (Milk + a little water + a clove of boiled garlic) This combination calms vata and calms the mind. Use at bed time. ●Fruit and Beverage-Based Remedies Cherries: 10-20 cherries daily can help reduce mental fatigue and stress. Tomato Juice 4-5 p.m. Tomato juice + a little natural sugar + Nutmeg And dinner at 6-7 p.m. This routine can help you sleep deeply. ●Herbal Remedy Traditional Yoga for Sleep • Tagar • Valerian Root • Chamomile Mix equal amounts of these powders and take 1 teaspoon with lukewarm water just before bed. This yoga relaxes the mind and calms the nerves. ●Simple Home Remedies A cup of chamomile tea at night naturally induces sleep. Nutmeg Paste: A light paste of nutmeg and ghee applied to the forehead and around the eyes helps induce sleep. ●Abhyanga and Snigdhata Night Oil Massage: Before going to bed, massage the head and soles of the feet with slightly warm sesame oil, brahmi oil, or jatamansi oil for a few minutes. This calms vata and promotes sleep.
