Long-term use of strong sleeping pills like Medhawati can disturb natural sleep cycles and affect skin health, causing irritations like blisters. The goal now is to restore natural sleep, calm the nervous system, and nourish the skin. Start with Ashwagandha ½ tsp with warm milk at night to support relaxation, improve sleep quality, and calm Vata-related nervous system imbalance. Include Shatavari Churna ½ tsp at night with milk for tissue nourishment and skin health. For the blisters, apply Aloe vera gel or Triphala ointment locally to soothe irritation and aid healing. Magnesium supplements may help if there is muscle twitching or restless legs, but first focus on lifestyle and Ayurvedic support. Maintain a fixed sleep routine, avoid screens 1 hour before bed, and practice deep breathing or meditation to improve natural sleep. Gradually, with this approach, you can reduce dependence on sleeping pills, improve sleep quality, and prevent recurrence of blisters over 4–6 weeks. Avoid sudden stopping of your current medications without supervision; tapering under medical guidance is safer.
