यह स्थिति, जिसमें बचपन से हाथों में कंपन (tremors) की समस्या हो और तनाव या गुस्से के दौरान बढ़ जाए, अक्सर नसों की कमजोरी या वात दोष के असंतुलन के कारण होता है। इस स्थिति का मूल कारण वात दोष का प्रकुपित होना है। 1) Ksheerabala (101) Capsules- 1 कैप्सूल सुबह और रात (खाने के बाद) गुनगुना दूध या पानी 2) Balarishta- 15- ml दोपहर और रात (खाने के बाद) बराबर मात्रा में पानी मिलाकर 3) Manasamitra Vatakam-1 टैबलेट रात को सोते समय गुनगुना दूध 4) Mahamashadi Thailam -दिन में एक बार हल्के हाथों से मालिश क्या करें ताज़ा और गर्म भोजन करें। खाने में घी और तिल के तेल का प्रयोग बढ़ाएं। बादाम,अखरोट और कद्दू के बीज नसों की मजबूती के लिए अच्छे हैं। वात को शांत करने के लिए 7-8 घंटे की गहरी नींद अनिवार्य है। अनुलोम-विलोम और भ्रामरी प्राणायाम का नियमित अभ्यास करें। क्या न करें बहुत अधिक ठंडा, बासी या सूखा (जैसे जंक फूड, चिप्स) भोजन वात बढ़ाता है। चाय, कॉफी और उत्तेजक पदार्थों से बचें क्योंकि ये नसों में कंपन बढ़ा सकते हैं। नींद, भूख या प्यास जैसी प्राकृतिक इच्छाओं को न रोकें।
