●Radish Seeds Take 3-5 grams of radish seed powder. Mix it with 1 teaspoon of honey to make a paste. Lick this paste twice a day and then drink lukewarm lemon water. Consuming this for 2 months regularly helps reduce belly fat. ●Triphala & Giloy Ingredients: Amla - 500 mg Bibhitaki - 500 mg Harad - 500 mg Giloy - 1500 mg Take with. Make a powder of these and mix with lukewarm water. Beneficial in reducing obesity and improving digestion. ●Preventive Remedies Consume Triphala + Giloy powder/extract daily. Include black and white pepper in your diet. Taking turmeric and black pepper with lukewarm water helps prevent weight gain.
