Stomach fat and dry skin together usually indicate a metabolic + Vata imbalance. Fat accumulation around the abdomen happens due to slow metabolism and improper digestion, while dry skin shows internal dryness and lack of proper nourishment. For correction, improve both metabolism and hydration from inside. Take Triphala churna 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water to regulate digestion and metabolism. Add Avipattikar churna ½ tsp in the morning before food if there is heaviness or acidity. For dryness, include 1–2 tsp ghee daily in meals and increase water intake. You can also take 1 tsp flaxseed or soaked chia seeds daily for internal lubrication. Apply coconut oil or sesame oil on skin before bath to reduce dryness externally. Avoid processed food, excess sugar, and late-night eating, as they increase belly fat. Keep meals light, warm, and regular. With consistency, digestion improves, abdominal fat reduces gradually, and skin dryness settles within a few weeks.
