Stammering since long time is usually due to nervous system weakness + anxiety trigger, not a structural problem. Isliye medicine ke saath control training bhi zaroori hai. Start karein: Brahmi Vati 1 tablet din me 2 baar Ashwagandha churna ½ tsp raat ko doodh ke saath Yeh mind ko calm karta hai aur speech control improve karta hai. Daily practice bahut important hai — roz slow reading aloud, mirror practice aur deep breathing karein. Jaldi bolne ki habit control karein. Sabse important, speech therapy ya guided practice start karein, kyunki stammering me training + medicine dono saath me kaam karte hain. Regular practice se control gradually improve hota hai.
