Aapka doubt bilkul sahi hai. Unknown Ayurvedic powders me kya hai yeh directly pata nahi chalta, aur kabhi-kabhi adulteration bhi hota hai. Seedha answer: 1. Ghar par check karna possible nahi hai Steroid, heavy metals ya harmful cheezein sirf lab testing se hi detect hoti hain 2. Risk kab hota hai Bina label ki “pudiya / churna” Doctor exact composition nahi batata Bahut jaldi relief mil raha ho (especially arthritis pain me) Kuch cases me aise powders me steroids milaye gaye hain aur patients me side effects dekhe gaye hain 3. Aap kya karein (direct steps) Doctor se exact ingredients list poochein Agar nahi batate → medicine continue na karein Sample ko NABL certified lab me test karwa sakte hain (steroid + heavy metal test) Sirf branded / GMP certified Ayurvedic medicines use karein 4. Warning signs (agar yeh ho raha hai to doubt strong hai) Face swelling, weight gain, unusual relief BP ya sugar suddenly badhna Long term use ke baad weakness Simple rule: Unknown powder = avoid ya test karwao.
