Doctors' responses
Your symptoms clearly show Vata-Pitta imbalance with gut irritation and dryness, so treatment should be gentle and not too drying. Your plan needs slight correction: Mulethi with milk once daily — ok Dadimashtak churna after meals — ok (good for IBS-type symptoms) Jeerkadyarishta — avoid for now (can increase dryness and irritation) Avipattikar — keep low dose (¼ tsp at night only if acidity) Add better support: Shatavari churna ½ tsp twice daily with milk (heals gut lining + reduces Pitta) Ghee 1–2 tsp daily in meals (very important for dryness and Vata control) Avoid drying things like excess giloy, raw foods, watermelon if it worsens bloating. Keep diet simple, warm, and non-spicy. This approach will reduce loose motions, bloating, and dryness together.
But dr i don’t want to affect my weight. So is it ok to take shatavari?
