How to use tulsi and turmeric to treat porn addiction and reduce stress? - #53061

I am suffering from porn addiction. When ever I see porn I came in fear and high stress. Please tell me that can tulsi leaf and haldi(turmeric) can cure my porn addiction. Please tell that how many tulsi leaf or how much haldi and also how to haldi. I have to take to cure my porn addiction. Please do not give me brahmi, shankhpuspi Or ashvagandha in porn addiction solution as I can not take it lifetime so please try to understand.

Tulsi and turmeric can help reduce stress and calm the mind, but they do not directly cure porn addiction. The main work is behavioral reset. You can use: 5–7 fresh tulsi leaves in the morning on an empty stomach Turmeric ½ teaspoon in warm milk at night This helps reduce anxiety and mental agitation. Main step: Stop porn completely for 2–3 weeks to reset your brain response. When urges come, immediately shift activity (walk, exercise, cold water wash). Limit screen time and avoid triggers. With consistency, urges reduce and control improves.
