I want to have my body as Alcalysed as is healthy due to inflammation and Gut issues. Is pure Coconut water ok to have daily DILUTED with water 70/30% and pinch of Baking Soda per 250ml glass? Namaste Graceshanti f.

Our goal is to clear the channels (Srotoshodhana), improve digestion (Deepana-Pachana), and ensure regular bowel movements (Anulomana). 👇👇👇👇👇👇 Regarding your query While coconut water is cooling (Pitta-shamak), adding baking soda to alkalize the body is not a traditional Ayurvedic practice and may interfere with natural stomach acid (Gastric Agni). 1) gandharvastaadi kwath - 15ml with 45ml warm water 30 mins before breakfast & dinner 2) Dashmoolarishta- 20- ml After lunch & dinner 3) avipathi Choornam- 5-1grams with warm water At bedtime 4) indukantham ghritam-1 tsp with warm water Early morning (empty stomach) Include Warm & Cooked Foods: Avoid raw salads or cold meals, as they aggravate Vata and worsen constipation. Healthy Fats: Include Cow Ghee in every meal to lubricate the intestines (Snehana). Hydration: Drink warm water throughout the day. Avoid carbonated or “alkalized” DIY drinks with baking soda, as they can weaken your digestive fire over time. Fiber Sources: Opt for cooked vegetables like bottle gourd (Lauki), papaya, and soaked raisins/figs. Massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction with Dhanwantaram Thailam or warm sesame oil before bathing to stimulate peristalsis. Diluted coconut water is safe if you are not having any other health problems , For gut issues you can start with Tablet Heposem 1-0-1 after food with water,is an ayurvedic liver detox. For gut health Start with Triphala churna 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with warm water, this will help improve your intestinal strength and help to detox. Avoid spicy, sugary fried foods. Drink adequate amount of water. Include fresh green vegetables semi cooked or sauted in your diet Include seasonal fruits and seasonal vegetables in your diet.
