Gentle yoga or stretching daily Walk 20–30 minutes in fresh air Avoid overwork and get 7–8 hours of sleep. Diet Eat light, warm meals: dal, khichdi, cooked vegetables, fruits. Include nuts, ghee, milk for strength. Avoid fried, junk, and cold foods.
