Hello I understand your concern regarding proper use of Ekanga Veer Ras for a paralyzed patient. Ekanga Veer Ras is a classical Ayurvedic medicine used in paralysis and nerve weakness, mainly to improve nerve function and strength. For dosage Ekanga Veer Ras 1 tablet once or twice daily after food with warm water or honey Duration is usually 2–3 months initially, and then reassessment is needed based on response. Long-term use should always be under supervision. Ingredients mainly include herbal-mineral components like Kajjali (processed mercury and sulfur), Vatsanabh (purified), Trikatu, and other nerve-stimulating herbs, so it is a potent medicine. Diet during medication should be simple and supportive: Warm, freshly cooked food, include ghee, milk if suitable, and easy-to-digest meals. Avoid cold, dry, stale food, and excessive spicy or fried items. Regarding safety with allopathic medicine, it is generally given alongside other treatments, but since it is a herbo-mineral preparation, it should be taken with proper gap and medical supervision. If not used properly or in excess, it may cause gastric irritation or other side effects, so do not self-increase dose. Regular physiotherapy, oil massage, and rehabilitation exercises are equally important along with medicine. With proper guidance, it can support recovery. Warm Regards Dr Raghuveer SN
