How to balance pitta and vata while strengthening agni? Bcoz of high vata if i take any cooling or drying food( giloy,watermelon)my digestion becomes sluggish causing bloating & creating ama ,increasing dry skin. If i take spicy foods it causes discomfort & increases frequency of loose bowels.Panchkol helps in digesting ama & reduces bloating.But motion is still loose,feeling cold, dry skin also same, & red skin rash also same.Light foods & medicine r increasing vata in my body So pls tell something to balance vata pitta and agni Simultaneously. Currently having only dadimashtaka. Don't advise any ghee or syrup those r not affordable by me.Also Don't ❌️advise any weight increasing medicine.Plshelp dr😭🙏
