How to treat foul smelling loose motion and bloating in Pitta type with skin redness? - #53205

Suffering from Pitta type foul smelling loose motion,not watery.Slight bloating. If i eat something spicy then discomfort in upper abdomen & feeling of acidity, increased bloating ,loose motion. Dull & dry skin with redness on skin.Tried eating watermelon for cooling but bloating increased severely.Looks like vata is also disturbed.

You have a Pitta-Vata imbalance. Your digestive fire (Agni) is disturbed, which is causing foul-smelling loose motions, bloating, and acidity, especially after spicy or oily foods. The dryness and redness in your skin also reflect this imbalance. —Medicines 1) Avipathi Churna – 5 g with warm water at bedtime 2) Triphala Capsules – 1 capsule at bedtime 3) Zymnet Syrup – 10 ml after meals 4) Pitta Soothe Tea (Kerala Ayurveda) – 1 cup daily —Diet & Lifestyle Avoid spicy, oily, heavy foods & watermelon Eat warm, cooked, easy-to-digest meals (rice, khichdi, moong dal) Drink warm water, walk 5–10 min after meals Practice stress relief & regular sleep ----Follow-Up Review after 2 weeks Seek medical attention if blood in stool, severe pain, or fever
