Hello, In Ayurveda, generalized hyperhidrosis is often categorized as Atisveda, primarily attributed to an imbalance of Pitta Dosha and Meda Dhatu (fat tissue). The focus is on cooling the body, purifying the blood, and balancing the sweat-regulating channels (Svedavaha Srotas). ​Cause: Excess internal heat (Ushna) and vitiated Pitta. ​Management: Stambhana (blocking excess flow) and Pitta-shamaka (heat-reducing) therapies. ​Lifestyle: Avoid spicy, sour, and fermented foods. Prioritize hydration with Vetiver (Khus) infused water. ​ ​1. Chandanasava A classical fermented preparation with Sandalwood as the primary ingredient. It acts as a potent coolant to reduce internal body temperature and excessive perspiration. ​Dose: 20 ml mixed with an equal amount of lukewarm water, twice daily after food. ​2. Pravala Bhasma (Capsule/Tablet form) Prepared from Coral, this is a natural source of calcium that pacifies Pitta and regulates the sweat glands. ​Dose: 250 mg (usually 1 tablet/capsule) twice daily with water or honey. ​3. Usheerasava Contains Usheera (Vetiver), which is renowned for its deodorant and cooling properties. It specifically targets the Meda Dhatu to control generalized sweating. ​Dose: 15 ml to 20 ml with equal water, twice daily after meals. ​4. Eladi Choornam (External Application) A fragrant herbal powder used for Udvartana (dry powder massage). It helps cleanse the pores and reduce body odor associated with hyperhidrosis. ​Dose: Mix with water or buttermilk to form a paste; apply over the body 20 minutes before bathing.

This kind of excessive sweating all over the body usually happens due to pitta imbalance along with overactive body heat and sometimes nervous system sensitivity, when heat regulation is disturbed the body keeps releasing sweat even without clear triggers since your digestion is good, focus will be more on cooling the system and stabilising the body response medicines you can take praval pishti 125 mg twice daily kamdudha ras 1 tablet twice daily chandanasava 10–15 ml with equal water after meals externally you can use sandalwood powder or rose water application which helps in cooling and reducing sweating sensation avoid spicy, hot, fried foods, caffeine and alcohol as they increase body heat, include cooling foods like coconut water, cucumber, ash gourd, fruits drink enough water but avoid very cold water, normal or slightly cool is better practice calming techniques like deep breathing, anulom vilom and maintain proper sleep as nervous system also plays a role with regular care, sweating intensity can gradually reduce and become manageable Heartful pranams Dr Raghuveer SN (Ayurvedacharya)
