How to treat vitamin deficiencies, inflammation, and weight loss after gallbladder removal? - #53324

I got my gall bladder removed. I am b12 deficient vegetarian with vitamin d and iron deficiency too. I have 2-3 bowel movements in a week. I have acute inflammation and brain fog. How to cure all this as well as lose 10 kgs and have good volume of hair too?
