alsactil tab - for digestion n gas ( if no acidity ) 1 tab after food twice dhanwantharam gulika - 1 tab after food twice nisakathakadi kwath - 15 ml diluted in water after food ( for blood sugar ) saraswatharistam - 15 ml after food ( for nerves ) anu thailam -2 drops in each nositril (for sleep apnea) kalyanka ghritam - 1 tsp in morning ( anxiety ) normact - 1 tab in a day with warm water after food (for bp )
diet - only eat warm and cooked foods , raw salads willcause gas and bloating , sip water 30 mins before and after food self massage with warm sesame oil to lower anxiety and high bp do yoga and little excercise
