morning ( empty stomach ) - amrutotharam kawath -15 ml in 60 ml warm water for crp lunch / dinner ( after food ) - dhanwantharam gulika evening - balarista -20 ml after food kottamchukadi thailam - apply lukewarm oil at joints and leave for 30 min before warm bath avoid - cold foods like yogurt ice water raw salads heavygrains like regined flour maida stick to warm liquids mung bean soup with ginger and cumin do yoga and light excercise regularly get more hydration take sleep properly - 7 hrs daily avoid smoking and alcohol
