Punarnava comes best in Kerala ayurved or Baidyanath. I have used it in my patients and good best results too. Please tell me in which form you are using it. Now, you are using it for kidney issue and not getting results but without knowing full history and what sort of medicine you are taking with it , it’s difficult to tell why you are not getting results.
