This indicates vata predominance and weak agni.Treatment mainly focuses on weight gain + improving digestion. RX- Ashwagandha churna- 1tsp twice daily with warm milk at morning. Shatavari churna-1tsp twice daily with warm milk at night. Chitrakadi vati - 1 tablet twice daily with meals. Chawanprash - 1 tsp in morning at breakfast fast. Diet chart includes:- 5-6 soaked almonds+2-3 dates. Wheat chapati with cow ghee. Add panner, ghee daily in your diet. Try to do body massage once in a week with ashwagandha oil or bala oil. Daily yoga at morning.

Aapka weight kam hona zyada tar low calorie intake aur sharir ko proper poshan na milne ki wajah se hota hai. Achhi baat yeh hai ki appetite theek hai, isliye sahi diet aur routine se weight healthy tareeke se badhaya ja sakta hai. Sabse pehle khane ki quantity aur quality dono badhayein. Din me 3 meals ke saath 2–3 small meals bhi lein. Doodh, ghee, paneer, dal, rice, roti, dry fruits (badam, khajoor) ko regular include karein. Junk food se weight badhana avoid karein, kyunki wo sirf fat badhata hai, strength nahi. Raat ko der tak jagna avoid karein aur daily halka exercise ya walk shuru karein, isse appetite aur muscle gain dono improve hota hai. Ghar par roz 1 glass garam doodh me 1 tsp ghee lein. Subah 5–6 bhige hue badam aur 2 khajoor lena shuru karein. Banana shake bhi weight gain me helpful rahega. Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon doodh ke saath raat ko Shatavari churna – 1 teaspoon doodh ke saath subah ya shaam Chyawanprash – 1 teaspoon subah Yeh sharir ko poshan dene, energy badhane aur healthy weight gain me madad karega.
