Aapki maa ki condition me do cheezein saath me manage karni zaroori hain — blood pressure control aur joints ki strength. Umar ke saath joints me sukhapan aur ghisav badhta hai, jisse ghutno me dard hota hai. Unko regular routine maintain karna zaroori hai. Namak kam rakhein, bahut oily aur heavy food avoid karein. Halka, garam aur ghar ka bana khana dein. Daily thoda halka walk ya movement zaroor karwayen, lekin zyada strain na ho. Raat ko der tak jagna avoid karein, kyunki proper sleep BP aur pain dono ko affect karta hai. Ghar par ghutno par roz halka garam til tel (sesame oil) se malish karein aur uske baad halka sek (hot fomentation) dein. Isse dard aur stiffness me rahat milegi. Diet me thoda ghee include kar sakte hain, yeh joints ke liye beneficial hota hai. Sarpagandha vati – 1 tablet raat ko (BP ke liye, doctor ki salah se start karein) Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Maharasnadi kwath – 15 ml pani ke saath din me 2 baar after food Yeh medicines BP control aur joint pain dono me support denge. BP ka regular monitoring zaroor karein. Agar BP already kisi medicine se control ho raha hai to usse continue rakhein.
