Raat me bina rash wali itching aksar dry skin, allergy, thyroid ya kabhi-kabhi liver/kidney issue ki wajah se hoti hai. Liver ka doubt tab hota hai jab peeli aankhen, dark urine ya weakness bhi ho. Basic blood tests krvae - Thyroid profile - lft, lipid profile - cbc ----Rx (Ayurvedic) 1)Haridrakhand – 5 g BD after food with lukewarm water 2)Manjistha Churna – 3 g BD after food with lukewarm water 3)Neem Capsule / Nimba extract – 1 cap BD after food 4)Triphala tab 1 tab HS (bedtime) with warm water ----- External Coconut oil + Neem oil mix Apply at night over body ---- Advice Lukewarm water bath only Avoid hot showers Hydration maintain Avoid spicy/oily food at night Loose cotton clothes — follow up after 15 days or before with report
Raat me body itching bina rashes ke aksar dryness (Vata) aur internal heat/toxin accumulation (Pitta + digestion issue) se hoti hai. Liver involvement ho sakta hai, lekin har case me liver hi reason ho yeh zaroori nahi hai. Aapke chronic digestion issues bhi isme role play kar sakte hain. Skin dryness aur raat me itching ka pattern suggest karta hai ki body ko andar se cooling aur detox support ki zaroorat hai. Khana simple aur light rakhein. Bahut spicy, oily, fried aur packaged food avoid karein. Pani achha piyen. Raat ko late night jagna avoid karein. Digestion ko stable rakhna bahut important hai. Ghar par nahaane se pehle halka coconut oil ya sesame oil apply karein, isse dryness kam hogi. Neem water se nahaana ya neem leaves ka use kabhi kabhi kar sakte hain.
