यह आदत (habit) + मन का नियंत्रण कम (Vata imbalance) की वजह से है यह कोई बड़ी बीमारी नहीं है, लेकिन ज़्यादा करने से कमजोरी, guilt, low energy हो सकती है क्या करें Mind control (सबसे जरूरी) खाली समय में मत रहें phone/dirty content avoid करें रोज exercise / running / yoga करें Ayurvedic medicine Ashwagandha → 1/2 tsp रात को दूध के साथ (अगर loose motion हो तो skip करें) Shilajit → 1 rice grain size सुबह दूध के साथ Brahmi → 1 tsp सुबह (mind control के लिए) Diet दूध + खजूर रोज लें spicy/late night food कम करें urge आए तो तुरंत: push-ups करो / walk करो / ठंडा पानी पियो ध्यान हटाओ (10–15 min में urge चला जाता है)
