●Take 2 teaspoon Ashwagandha root powder with warm milk half hr befor bed time. Since you have hypertension take it in low dose. I’m suggesting some medicine ●Jayphal churna with warm milk at bed time ●Bramhi tablet 2 tab after food 2 times a day .
Start with ¼ teaspoon (1–2 g) Ashwagandha root powder at bedtime, mixed with warm milk or water. Continue for 7–10 days, then increase to ½ teaspoon only if well tolerated. —Since you are on hypertension medication (diuretics), monitor for low BP, dizziness, or excess drowsiness and adjust accordingly.
