Cirrhosis (especially after recurrent cholangitis) is a serious condition, Liver Support Medicines Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa) churna 1/2 tsp twice daily with warm water Bhumyamalaki (Phyllanthus niruri) churna 1 tsp twice daily Kalmegh (Andrographis paniculata) tablet 1 tab twice daily after food Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after meals Punarnava Mandur 1 tablet twice daily (helps swelling/ascites) Liv-52 DS 1 tablet twice daily If swelling (ascites) present Punarnava Kwath – 20 ml with equal water, twice daily Diet (Very Important) Strict low salt diet Avoid oil, fried, spicy, alcohol, non-veg Take moong dal, lauki, papaya, coconut water Small frequent meals Lifestyle Complete rest Avoid heavy work & stress
