For diabetes and weight loss, the key is diet control + routine + metabolism improvement, not just one remedy. Reduce carbs (rice, sugar, bakery) and increase fiber (vegetables, salads, dal). Eat small, regular meals. Daily 30–40 min walk is very important. Weight loss itself helps lower sugar. At home, you can take soaked methi seeds in the morning. Karela or jamun also supports sugar control. Madhunashini vati – 1 tablet twice daily before food Nishamalaki tablet – 1 tablet twice daily after food For sleep, focus on calming the nervous system.
