Hello, The following will help you address the issue you are facing: Medicines for 90 days: 1. Guluchyadi kwatham 15ml—0----15ml by adding 45ml of boiled cooled water one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner 2. Kaisora Guggulu 2----0—2 with medicine no.1 3. Rasnasapthakam kwatham 15ml----0----15ml by adding 45 ml of boiled cooled water one hour after breakfast and one hour after dinner. 4. Shallaki MR(Gufic) 1----1-----1 after each meal. 5. Dhanvantharam thailam + 6. Murivenna For application to whole body one hour before hot to warm water bath. Food: For 90 days- 1. Avoid all kinds of raw 2. Avoid brinjal, cauliflower, tamarind, mustard seeds 3. Avoid all processed-outside-refrigerated-maida based food. 4. Drink at least 2 liters of boiled and then cooled to room temparature water a day. Lifestyle: For 90 days: 1. Let there be a gap of 2 hours between dinner and going to bed. 2. Start practicing pranayama 20 minutes a day. 3. फाइब्रोमायल्जिया में “स्थायी इलाज” एकदम जल्दी नहीं होता, लेकिन सही आयुर्वेदिक उपचार से दर्द, थकान, जलन और नींद में बहुत अच्छा सुधार लाया जा सकता है। (कम से कम 3 महीने नियमित लें) dashamoolarishtam – 15 ml + बराबर पानी, दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद kaishore guggulu – 2 गोली, दिन में 2 बार (सूजन + पित्त के लिए) ashwagandha churna – 1/2 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ (नींद + कमजोरी) gandharvahastadi kashayam – सुबह खाली पेट (अगर कब्ज/डाइजेशन इश्यू है) दर्द में सबसे ज्यादा असर यही देता है: mahanarayan tailam से रोज़ हल्की मालिश (घुटने, पैर, जोड़ों पर) हफ्ते में 2–3 बार स्टीम (नाड़ी स्वेदन) अगर संभव हो तो 7–14 दिन का पंचकर्म (बस्ती + अभ्यंग) बहुत लाभ देगा आहार (Diet) खाएं: गर्म, हल्का, सुपाच्य भोजन मूंग दाल, घी, दलिया हल्दी वाला दूध अदरक, जीरा, धनिया बिलकुल कम करें: ठंडी चीजें (फ्रिज का पानी, दही रात में) बैंगन, राजमा, छोले (वात बढ़ाते हैं) ज्यादा खट्टा, मसालेदार (पित्त बढ़ाता है)

Post-COVID fibromyalgia me yeh symptoms nerve sensitivity + inflammation + weakness ke combination se hote hain. Isme treatment gradual hota hai, instant relief nahi milta but proper routine se improvement aata hai. Body ko overstrain na karein. Heavy work, zyada stairs aur sudden movements avoid karein. Roz halka walk aur gentle stretching karein, lekin pain ke according. Diet simple aur warm rakhein. Cold, processed aur heavy food avoid karein. Sleep routine improve karna bahut important hai. Ghar par daily body par warm oil (sesame oil) se halka massage karke garam sek karein, isse pain aur stiffness kam hoti hai. Raat ko sone se pehle haldi wala doodh le sakte hain. Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Ashwagandha tablet – 1 tablet raat ko Maharasnadi kwath – 15 ml pani ke saath din me 2 baar Yeh medicines pain, inflammation aur weakness ko gradually reduce karne me madad karegi.
