Hello, Continuing the medications as prescribed by your nephrologist and cardiologist and also strictly following the diet-lifestyle guidance given by your doctors and also getting the diagnostic tests done as and when prescribed by your doctors, please take the following for 15 days. Follow up after 15 days to decide further course of action: 1. Neeri KFT syrup sugar free(AIMIL) 3 tsp after breakfats and after dinner 2. Dasamoola Haritaki Lehyam 1/2 tsp at bed time followed by a cup of hot water. Take care, kind regards
With CKD and CHF, fluid retention is a serious condition, so it should be managed carefully along with your current doctor’s treatment. Do not stop or replace your prescribed medicines. Avoid excess salt and fluid intake as per your doctor’s advice. Keep legs slightly elevated while resting. Avoid long sitting and take gentle movement as tolerated. Shortness of breath and swelling indicate fluid overload, so close monitoring is important. At home, take light and easily digestible food. Avoid heavy, oily, and salty foods. Punarnava mandur – 1 tablet twice daily after food Gokshuradi guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food These can support fluid balance and kidney function, but only as supportive care. Regularly monitor weight, swelling, and breathing. If swelling increases or breathing worsens, seek immediate medical care. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
