Sarpagandha Ghanvati and Nebicard both lower blood pressure, so taking them together can cause excessive drop in BP. The “not feeling good” you are experiencing is likely due to this effect (low BP, dizziness, weakness). It is not advisable to continue both together without medical supervision.
