Tropolin (thyroid medicine) ki dose direct kam nahi ki jati, isko hamesha gradually aur reports ke basis par adjust kiya jata hai. Ayurveda se support liya ja sakta hai, lekin allopathy ko turant replace ya reduce nahi karna chahiye. Aap digestion aur metabolism ko improve karke thyroid function ko support kar sakte hain. Diet simple rakhein. Soy, excess cabbage, cauliflower, processed food avoid karein. Regular routine aur proper sleep maintain karein. Ghar par subah gungune paani ke saath thoda sa jeera le sakte hain. Daily halka exercise ya walk zaroor karein. Kanchanar Guggulu – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Varunadi kwath – 15 ml pani ke saath din me 2 baar Inhe start karke 6–8 weeks baad thyroid test karayein.
